SBS latest drama "City Hunter" is taking over the first place when it's re-broadcasted.

In broadcasting history, "City Hunter" re-broadcast (re-run) always take the first place, every time it's re-runned, the rating hit the record. It became a proof that viewers was really interested in the re-run of City Hunter.

According to AGB Nielsen Media Research Data, the re-run of "City Hunter" (written by Hwang Eun Kyeong and Choi Su Jin, directed by Jin Hyeok) on 26th of June after the 9th and 10th episode of City Hunter is re-broadcasted, the rating hit 6.2% (9th episode) and 9% (10th episode), going up.

There's a high competition on the keen viewers for drama, but the re-run "City Hunter" is gaining viewers attention, taking over the first place on the weekend. Getting the first position, "City Hunter" is competing with the re-run of MBC "The Best Love" that start this week, and the competition of this drama, and what would happen next is surely gaining a lot of attention. 

Meanwhile, "City Hunter" is scheduled to end on 20th episode and they already go half of the way. The first broadcast of the 10th episode of "City Hunter" on the 23rd of June is gaining 15.4% (according to AGB Nielsen, base on Metropolitan area), renewing their highest rating.

SBS '시티헌터'가 재방송 시청률에서 동시간대 1위를 석권했다.

본방송에서도 매회 자체 최고 시청률을 기록하고 있는 '시티헌터'가 재방송에서도 시청률 기록을 경신했다. 이에 '시티헌터' 재방송에 대한 관심이 본방송 시청으로 이어질지에도 관심이 모아지고 있다.

AGB닐슨미디어리서치에 따르면 6월 26일 방송된 '시티헌터'(작가 황은경, 최수진/연출 진혁) 9회와 10회 재방송은 각각 6.2%와 9.0%(수도권 기준)의 시청률을 기록했다.

치열한 시청률 경쟁을 보이고 있는 수목드라마들 틈에서 '시티헌터'에 대한 시청자의 관심이 주말 재방송으로까지 이어지고 있는 셈이다. 특히 수목극 시청률 1위를 달리던 MBC '최고의 사랑'이 종영한 이번주 방송부터는 수목극 판도가 어떻게 될지에 관심이 모아지고 상황이다.

한편 총 20회 중 절반의 이야기를 풀어나간 '시티헌터'는 지난 6월 23일 10회 방송 시청률 15.4%(AGB 닐슨, 수도권 기준)를 기록하며 자체최고시청률을 경신했다.
