Lee Min Ho and Ryu Duk Hwan stand together against Yoo Oh Sung on Faith

Lee Min Ho and Ryu Duk Hwan stand together against Yoo Oh Sung.

In the eighth episode of SBS TV’s drama series Faith, which aired on September 4, Choi Young (played by Lee Min Ho) and King Gong Min (played by Ryu Duk Hwan) confirm their trust in each other and decide to stand together against Ki Cheol (played by Yoo Oh Sung).

King Gong Min gets confused and feels betrayed by Choi Young, thinking that he was planning to commit an act of high treason, at first. However, Joo Suk (played by Jung Yoo Chan), a soldier of Woo Dal Chi, tells him that Choi Young was actually performing his duties to keep the promise with him.

Visiting Choi Young in a prison, King Gong Min tells his true feelings and asks him to let him know how to fight against Ki Cheol. He also says that the reason he sent Yoo Eun Soo (played by Kim Hee Sun) with him is because he doesn’t have enough power.

After Choi Young secretly talks with King Gong Min, he escapes from the prison, making his escape appear like suicide, using a dead rat’s blood. After confirming King Gong Min’s determination to fight against Ki Cheol to become a genuine king, he promises he will be loyal to him by saying, “Take me with you. Then, I’ll do the rest.”

King Gong Min’s determination gives Choi Young a reason to live. They decide to stand together against Ki Cheol.

King Gong Min also surprises all senior statesmen by taking off his outfit of Yüan and wears an outfit of Goryeo instead. Soon, the door of the royal palace opens and Choi Young and his soldiers walk in the palace in uniform with confidence.

People responded: “I’m so excited to see how they’ll stand together against Ki Cheol. The real history of Goryeo will start from now on.” “I’m so excited to hear that they’ll stand together against Ki Cheol.”

Lee Min Ho Made Kim Hee Sun’s Daughter Cry

CJ E&M enewsWorld Grace Danbi Hong

Usually when fans see Lee Min Ho, they cry tears of happiness, but in the case of Kim Hee Sun’s baby daughter, she cried in fear.

On September 4, the cast of SBS’ Faith held a press conference, where Kim Hee Sun shared that her daughter cried watching Faith because of Lee Min Ho.

Kim Hee Sun began with “I try not to talk about my family when I’m filming for a drama, but I have to share this story.”

“At the beginning, Choi Young (Lee Min Ho) appears, wearing a dark cape around his head. My daughter, who has been watching Snow White and the Seven Dwarves these days, thought he was a witch coming to give me a poisoned apple and cried.”

She added that once Lee Min Ho started keeping her out of harm, her daughter started watching the drama again.

Faith is a drama about a modern-day plastic surgeon who time travels into the Goryeo Dynasty and ends up falling in love with the king’s bodyguard.

It airs every Monday and Tuesday on SBS.

Choi Young (Lee Min Ho) secretly meets the king on Faith

Choi Young (played by Lee Min Ho) secretly meets King Gong Min (played by Ryu Duk Hwan) in a prison.

In the eighth episode of Faith that will air on September 4, King Gong Min appears in front of Choi Young, who is locked in a prison with both of his arms and legs in chains.

In some snapshots of the scene recently released, Choi Young is paying respects to the king on his knees and King Gong Min is looking down at Choi Young. Because King Gong Min seems to be keeping back his tears, viewers are curious about the conversation they’re having.

In the September 3 episode, Choi Young gets arrested by the royal forces, falling into a trap set by Ki Cheol (played by Yoo Oh Sung). Because the scene implies Choi Young is accused of high treason, viewers are curious about the reason King Gong Min wants to see Choi Young privately, personally visiting him in the prison.

A spokesperson for the drama series Faith says, “The scene of Choi Young and King Gong Min secretly meeting each other is an important one that will change the plot. Please look forward to how their conversation will lead to the next event.”

In the eighth episode of Faith, which will air on September 4, King Gong Min is dressed in a traditional outfit of the Goryeo Dynasty, taking off his former outfit of Yüan. The episode will air at 9:55 p.m.

Lee Min Ho Gets the Tears Flowing on ‘Faith’

CJ E&M enewsWorld Jeon Su Mi

Lee Min Ho’s sad tears flooded the small screen.

In the seventh episode of SBS’ Faith, aired on September 3, Choi Young (Lee Min Ho) killed Kyung Chang (Choi Won Hong) with his own knife to help him die a quick and painless death.

In the day’s episode, Gi Chul (Yoo Oh Sung) secretly sought out Kyung Chang and handed him some poison, blackmailing him into getting Choi Young to drink the poison in exchange for his life. Kyung Chang, however, decided that the only way to help Choi Young survive was to kill himself, and drank the poison that had been given him.

After learning that Kyung Chang had chosen to die in Gi Chul’s scheme, Choi Young choked back tears and told Kyung Chang about the Sky World (the future), his favorite topic. He then stabbed his former master with his own knife to end the pain.

Eun Soo (Kim Hee Sun) witnessed Kyung Chang’s death, and, mistaking Choi Young’s forced indifference for coldness, turned down the hand he had reached toward her.

After the broadcast aired, viewer boards were flooded with posts surprised by Lee Min Ho’s convincing tears and the unexpected twist in the story.

‘My tears flowed with his; so sad!’, ‘Kyung Chang’s death was so shocking. This was completely unexpected!’ and ‘What happens if Choi Young is taken to be a traitor? I’ll have to tune in on Tuesday again!’ the viewers said.

Near the end Gi Chul did make Choi Young get down on his knees after branding him as a traitor. Choi Young fought against Gi Chul with the knowledge that it was he who had killed Kyung Chang.

Gi Chul’s power, however, broke through Choi Young’s shield, making him helpless. Choi Young in the end had no choice but to throw away his sword and get down on his knees.

As the sweltering heat is finally settling down and the leaves are starting to turn a gold crisp brown, Lee Min Ho followed suit and introduced the fall and winter catalogue for fashion brand, Trugen.

With his model-body, Lee Min Ho flawlessly wore different kinds of suits, creating the romantic vibe of autumn and a nice change from his heavy armors in SBS’ Faith.

The theme for the F/W catalogue for Trugen is ‘analog’ and can be seen as urban casual with three modern designs that are included.

Take a look at a short commercial featuring the ‘analog jacket.’

Lee Min Ho gets on his knees on Faith: “Treasonable conspiracy?”

Lee Min Ho will face the biggest crisis in SBS’s new Monday-Tuesday series Faith.

In the September 3 episode of the series, Lee, who has been strongly fighting against Yoo Oh Sung with his talented martial arts skills, will get on his knees when he is surrounded by the government army.

The picture, which was released online, features Lee, who plays the role of Choi Young, kneeling down while helplessly staring into space. People who saw the picture wondered what happened to Lee.

Since his sword and a shield are gone and Kim Hee Sun (plays the role of Eun Soo), who he has been protecting hard, is not featured in the picture, many people are guessing that Lee is the biggest crisis.

In the sixth episode of the series, which aired on August 28, unexpected assassins made Lee take Kyeong Chang Goon and Eun Soo out and he was involved in a treasonable conspiracy.
