Lee Min Ho’s Chinese dubbing disgruntles fans

Chinese fans of Korean actor Lee Min-ho were disgruntled by a Chinese network’s decision to dub his voice in the drama “The Heirs.”

According to reports, Chinese fans of the actor expressed dissatisfaction when the drama was dubbed in Chinese instead of being aired with subtitles.

Online comments cited by the local media ranged from those claiming that the voice actors failed to properly convey the emotions of the characters to others saying that subtitles would have more than sufficed.

CJ E&M enewsWorld Lee, KyungNam

Kim Sung Ryong, who acted as ‘Kim Tan’s mother’ in The Heirs, named Lee Min Ho as the most handsome actor.

April 3’s broadcast of tvN’s Taxi will feature Kim Sung Ryong and her close friend Bang Eun Hee sharing their stories.

Having acted alongside some of the handsomest actors, including Kwon Sang Woo, Lee Min Ho, Hyun Bin and more, Kim Sung Ryong shared her thoughts on working with the ‘flower boys.’

When MC Kim Gura asked, “How was filming a movie with Hyun Bin?” the actress said with laughter, “He’s really cool! He took off his shirt in the movie and his body was amazing.”

Then MC Hong Eun Hee asked, “I heard Lee Min Ho is really handsome if you see him in person, is that true?” and Kim Sung Ryong responded, “I think Min Ho is the best looking overall out of all the actors I’ve worked with. He looks like someone from another world, with his long legs and all.”

Kim Sung Ryong was recently voted number one in a poll asking ‘Who is the actress in her 40’s more beautiful than those in 20’s’ beating out Ko So Young, Lee Young Ae, Kim Nam Joo, Kim Hee Ae and more.

Lee Min Ho reveals he thought his now famous line from 'Heirs' had a typo

Actor Lee Min Ho revealed that he originally thought his now famous line from 'Heirs' ("Do I like you?") had a typo in it.

During his interview with @Star1 on March 20, Lee Min Ho was asked, "There was a lot of romantic acting and lines in 'Heirs'. Wasn't it very difficult or burdensome?"

He responded that it wasn't all his style, but he felt it was appropriate for his character, Kim Tan. "I don't think I could personally say them. The romantic lines and scenes would be difficult for me as an individual, but I acted thinking that because he's straightforward when it comes to love, Kim Tan could say those things confidently."

Lee Min Ho added, "As a guy, I think the way he doesn't hesitate is cool. Rather than being difficult or burdensome, I wanted to be more like [Kim Tan]." He also discussed his well-known line from the drama, "Do I like you?" "When I first read the script, it was very fresh. Even the staff wondered if it was a typo. It made me think that people could actually confess their feelings like this."

Lee Min Ho, “People Asked If I Was Going Out With Park Shin Hye During Kiss Scenes”

Lee Min Ho in an interview after the popular SBS drama "The Heirs" ended shared that people around him and Park Shin Hye thought they were actually going out together.

Actor Lee Min Ho and actress Park Shin Hye in the popular SBS drama "The Heirs" played the Kim Tan and Cha Eun Sang couple.

Lee Min Ho in the interview said that the synergy of him and Park shin Hye attributed to his acting skills, adding that the chemistry of the triangle love relationship of Cha Eun Sang, Kim Tan, and Choi Young Do, played by actor Kim Woo Bin, was the reason behind the popularity of the drama "The Heirs," to the point where the staff members of the drama doubted that Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye were going out for real.

"As I said before, 'The Heirs' is a result of giving my hundred percent to the character Kim Tan. I was not Lee Min Ho but Kim Tan. After filming kiss scenes with Shin Hye, I could hear the staff members talk about us. One staff asked us, 'Are you guys actually going out?' I felt great when I heard that question. It made me think, 'I am doing this right.'"
